We work tirelessly to bring you the latest in glazing enhancement solutions, we pride ourselves on bringing global technology developed over many years of research and development to your property here in the United Kingdom.
Spectrally Selective Solar Control Window Film
A significant advancement in Surface and Particle Science led to the development of these spectrally selective films. These window films are able to intelligently filter out unwanted and harmful infra-red and ultra-violet rays while allowing significant amount of visible light through.

Blast Mitigation Solutions
The PS8 Window Film 200micron in thickness and can be clear or a combination film which also rejects solar heat and glare (mirror effect). The need for a blast mitigation glazing solution has arisen from the fact that 90% of injuries in the event of a blast are caused by glass fragmentation. This is easily avoided by applying blast mitigation window film to existing glazing. The film works by keeping glass in one piece and not allowing shards or fragments to disperse. This was the first breakthrough and has been installed widely throughout the world in government institutions, commercial buildings, and private homes.

Whilst the solution to glass fragmentation was found, another problem presented itself. Where a blast has sufficient force, the piece of glass would be forced from the window frame, the window film would keep the glazing in one piece, but this piece of glazing could potentially injure. The solution to this was found in an edge retention system known as the “Gullwing”. The gullwing anchoring system works by fixing the glazing to the window frame. Combined with the blast mitigation window film this has provided a retro-fit solution to blast mitigation which has yet to be improved on.
This solution has passed the most rigorous testing (test certification available on request). At the comblast trials, this solution successfully passed with an explosion of 100kg of TNT from 32m (equivalent to 8.26 PSI).
This solution can also be used for issues with overhead glazing and forced entry protection.
